How can I pay?
With PayPal you can use your MasterCard, American Express, and Discover without having a PayPal account. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
If your prefer not to use PayPal, you can choose to directly checkout using your MasterCard, American Express, and Discover without leaving my site. Simply enter your credit card information and submit your order.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Direct Checkout is processed through Stripe, used by many large retail companies. You enter your credit card information on your order page, and the information is immediately processed by Stripe. Once you submit your order, the information no longer appears.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
Absolutely not! As with Direct Checkout, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
Orders are shipped First Class, or Parcel Post through the USPS. Shipment tracking is available for USPS shipments.
Item must be returned within 7 business days and in perfect condition. Please insure that you have contacted me before returning any item.
In order to retain PayPal seller protection, item are sent to your PayPal address only. Address information entered on the order page for Direct Checkout is used to ship your order. Your address must match the address your credit card company has on file or your order will "fail" at Stripe.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing simply by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, once your package is in the USPS system, I am unable to cancel the order. Please refer to my Returns Policy for easy returns.
Non-delivery of your parcel
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct in your PayPal account. If you have recently moved, please insure that you have updated your address in PayPal. As stated above I only ship to the address on file. If you need to make a correction to your address after purchase, you will need to cancel your order, make the correction, and then reorder.
If your package is returned as undeliverable due to an error in your address, you can request a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee once the item has been return to me. Or I can invoice you additional shipping charges to reship the package.
If you provided an incorrect address and did not receive your package, and it was not returned to me, I cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery. Therefore, it is essential that you make sure that your address is correct when you order.
*** When Tracking Says Delivered, but You Did Not Receive It ***
If tracking shows that your order was delivered to the correct address and you did not receive it, you will need to file the necessary reports in order to investigate the non-delivery before I can replace the item or issue a refund. Please take the following steps to begin the investigation of your missing parcel:
- Packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before they are actually delivered. Please wait to see if the package is delivered the next business day.
- Check with members of your household members to see if they received the package and placed it somewhere
- Check with neighbors to see if it was incorrectly delivered to their address
- If you live in an apartment or other multi-unit housing, check with rental or central office and with neighboring units
- Contact your postal carrier and ask if they remember delivering the package
- Call the local post office to ask if the package is there
If the package is still not located, these are the steps that you should take next:
1. Report mail loss/theft to the Postal Inspection Service:
- Call 1-877-876-2455 (Select Option #3)
- b. Complete a "Mail Theft- Mail Not Received" Complaint Form at https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/radDocs/Mail_Theft_Complaints.pdf
- You will need some information from me in order to make this report, such as the date mailed, tracking number, etc. Contact me at email@example.com with the requested information. Please complete the form within 48 hours of receiving the information from me.
- If you suspect theft of the package, it is recommended that you report the theft to your local police department.
- Provide a copy of the completed "Mail Theft-Mail Not Received" form, the receipt showing submission to the USPS, and the police report (if filed) to me. These can be emailed to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
- After this information has been provided, a refund will be issued
Returns and Refunds Policy
I want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 7 business days from the receipt of your shipment. Before returning your item(s), please contact me at email@example.com for return instructions.
- Return shipping must include a tracking # from the USPS and you must provide that number to me as well.
- Return postage is paid by the customer and is not included in the refund.
- ***Proof of purchase is required***
You will receive a refund via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns.
If you used a coupon to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will be refunded only the amount charged to your PayPal account.
