Raw Crystal Point Wire Wrap Pendant TUTORIAL - Download
This tutorial will teach you how wire wrap a raw crystal point as well as weaving techniques.
This tutorial was written using a 54mm raw unpolished crystal point.

Knowledge requirements: basic wire wrapping, weaving techniques, and hand forming basic shapes such as curls and forming loops, knowledge of securing weaving and base wires to other components.
Intended audience: Intermediate wire wrapping skills.
Materials and supplies:
2 pieces of 20 gauge (0.81cm) dead soft wire 16” (40.6cm) each
1 length of 125” (318cm) 28 gauge (0.32cm) wire. Depending on how tightly you wrap, the length may require more or less wire.
1 raw crystal point 2.125” (54cm). Point should have two flat sides, one for the front, one for the back.
Chain nose, long nose, or bent nose pliers
Round nose pliers
Ruler or measuring tape
Bobbins (used to manage weaving wire)
Note: Directions in this tutorial assume you are using a 54cm raw crystal point. Adjustments should be made if you are working with a different size.
